For active production incidents on a paid plan, the diagnostic engine pages on-call automatically — you do not have to file a ticket.

For Security Disclosures

Email [email protected] if you believe you have found a vulnerability. We coordinate disclosure under standard 90-day timelines and credit researchers in the transparency report. PGP key on request.

For Privacy

Email [email protected] for data subject access requests, deletion requests, or to inquire about our sub-processor register. EU representative and DPO are designated upon first EU customer onboarding.
